Whole Wheat Pasta
I am really missing the point on this meal. The ratio should really be mostly veggies, followed by protein, and then things like whole wheat pasta and ricotta cheese in the smallest portions. My thought…it is better than other choices I could have made; burger and fries, mac and cheese etc.
Everything on this plate is Candida safe!
Candida safe: Whole Wheat Pasta, Ricotta Cheese, Spinach, Tomato, Chicken (cooked in olive oil, lemon and rosemary)
