After all of the meatball sandwiches, cheese dip, and mounds bars I needed to have some Candida friendly food. I made a whole-wheat pasta, with spinach and goat cheese and a little pesto mixed in. Pau d’ Arco tea on the side; great for a Candida diet. For a healthy choice add more veggies and protein and less pasta.
