Jenny's Egg Bake

Egg Bake

• 1 tube sausage
• 1 dozen eggs
• Milk
• Hash browns
• Salt/pepper
• Cheddar cheese
Bake ½-1 hour at 350°F

Apple Sauce

Apple Sauce

• 2 qt casserole dish
• 6 apples
• ¼ water
Microwave 9-10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes
Put in blender:
• ⅓ cup sugar
• ⅛ tsp. salt
• ⅛ tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
